At Alizua, we want you to love your dress for your special occasion. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
Important: Please contact us at support@Alizua.com for the correct return address and instructions before shipping anything back.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that our dresses are made-to-order. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.
1.Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund
2.24–72 hours: 70% product refund + full shipping refund
3.72+ hours (before shipping): 50% product refund + full shipping refund
4.After shipment: Cannot cancel
To change order details (size, color, address, etc.), reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours.
Return Policy
1. For Standard Size Items
We offer a full refund for any reason within a 14-day return window. Shipping and rush fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and VAT. Please double-check your measurements and color selection before ordering.
For damaged, defective, or misshipped items: Full refund including shipping & rush fees (photos required).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
2. How to Return
Email support@Alizua.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will provide the correct return address and mailing instructions.
Ship the item back with a tracking number (required for refund). You are responsible for shipping and tax fees to Alizua.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
3. Return & Refund Instructions
① Return Address: Must be confirmed by our customer service team – do not use the address on the website or package.
② How to Get Your Accurate Return Address: Contact us with your order number. We will verify your case and provide a unique return address and detailed instructions.
③ Refund Processing: Within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Refund Method & Fees
All refunds go to your original payment method. Once initiated, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear (depends on your bank).
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Alizua.com.
Please Note: We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation. You need to pay the shipping fee from your address to Alizua when you return it back.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Suggestions & Important Notes
Handcrafted dresses may have approximately 1 inch variation.
Inspect your item before removing tags – removal may affect return eligibility.
