At Alizua, we want you to love your dress for your special occasion. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
Important: Please contact us at support@Alizua.com for the correct return address and instructions before shipping anything back.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that our dresses are made-to-order. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.1.Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund
2.24–72 hours: 70% product refund + full shipping refund
3.72+ hours (before shipping): 50% product refund + full shipping refund. This deduction covers fabric cutting and production costs already incurred, as each dress is made-to-order.
4.After shipment: Cannot cancel
To change order details (size, color, address, etc.), reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours.
Return Policy
1.Return Eligibility
All dresses purchased on Alizua are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, for any reasons.Shipping and rush fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and VAT. Please double-check your measurements and color selection before ordering.
For damaged, defective, or misshipped items: Full refund including shipping & rush fees (photos required).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging.
2. How to Return
Email support@Alizua.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will provide the correct return address and mailing instructions.
Ship the item back with a tracking number (required for refund). You are responsible for shipping and tax fees to Alizua.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
3. Return & Refund Instructions
① Return Address: Must be confirmed by our customer service team – do not use the address on the website or package.
② How to Get Your Accurate Return Address: Contact us with your order number. We will verify your case and provide a unique return address and detailed instructions.
③ Refund Processing: Within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Refund Method & Fees
All refunds go to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days. After initiation, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Total time: up to 14 business days from receipt of return.
Exchange Policy
1.Size & Fit Issues
If your dress does not fit as expected, you have two options:
Option A: Free Alteration
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@Alizua.com with your order number and clear photos of the dress.
We provide one free alteration for size-related issues. Alteration labor is free of charge.
You are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping the dress to our alteration studio and return shipping after the alteration is completed.
Option B: Return for Refund
You may return the dress for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping fees and rush fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
We recommend carefully checking your measurements against our Size Guide before placing your order. If you are between sizes or are unsure which size to choose, please contact us at support@Alizua.com for personalized sizing advice.
2.Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@Alizua.com with your order number and photos of the issue so that we can assist you.
If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you will not be responsible for the shipping costs related to the return or replacement.
For returns or exchanges caused by the customer, including ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping costs. The actual shipping cost depends on the shipping carrier and service selected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy or that are considered unreasonable.
Suggestions & Important Notes
Each Alizua dress is handmade; slight variations in size of up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) are normal and fall within industry-accepted tolerances, so they are not considered quality defects. If the deviation exceeds 1 inch, please contact us with relevant photos, and we will provide a satisfactory solution.Inspect your item before removing tags – removal may affect return eligibility.
