If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Important: Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Contact support@alizua.com first.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours: Full refund.
24–72 hours: 70% product refund + full shipping refund.
After 72 hours: 50% product refund + full shipping refund.
After shipment: No cancellation allowed.

🛍️ Return Conditions

Standard Items

  • Request within 14 days.
  • Unworn, unwashed, original tags.
  • Quality issues: Full refund.

🧾 How to Request

  1. Email support@alizua.com with Order Number & photos.
  2. Once approved, ship back via trackable service.
  3. Refunds processed in 3–5 business days after inspection.
